RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS
To make a return, this is the procedure:
We have a 14 day returns policy which means you have 14 days from receiving the item to request a return.
Just send the item back with the tags (not tampered with) and with inside the sheet "DDT" (transport document) present in the package.
The only expense you are responsible for is for the return of the product, so you can decide
with which carrier and method to ship.

Once we receive the return, we will carry out all the quality controls routinely and verified that the product is suitable, we will execute (within 10 days.) the refund of the purchase.
