To make a return, this is the procedure:

We have a 14 day returns policy which means you have 14 days from receiving the item to request a return.

Just send the item back with the tags (not tampered with) and with the sheet inside "DDT" (transport document) present in the package.

The only expense you are responsible for is for the return of the product, so you can decide
with which carrier and method to ship.

Once we receive the return, we will carry out all the quality controls routinely and verified that the product is suitable, we will execute (within 10 days.) a refund of the original amount of the item, excluding any shipping costs.

To instead carry out a possible change size or various replacements:

1 - the costs relating to the return of the products remain the responsibility of the customer;

2 - the shipment of the item with the size/color etc., requested in exchange, will involve the payment of €6.00 (issue fee of the new shipment), to be carried out by payment PAYPAL (misterjamweb@gmail.com) or by bank transfer upon request of the IBAN to the email address ecommerce@mrjamstore.it

3 - send an email to the address ecommerce@mrjamstore.it specifying the product and the desired size, with the receipt of payment of the fee specified above attached.
